So, even married couples without kids need quality time together! Jeff and I try to have one "date" day a week, which gives us the chance to just spend time together and talk, as well as get out of the house. This past week, we enjoyed a special lunch down in Honolulu (a 1-hour drive from our house) and then hung out at one of our favorite coffee shops. We love going to independent coffee shops, so we have our particular favorites for each corner of the island. I'm drinking decaf, of course!

Hey, You don't have to drink decaf. :)
Thanks, Wen. Sadly, caffeine really hasn't agreed with me at all since I've been pregnant. Strange, since I drank lots of fully caffeinated coffee and espresso beforehand, but my body has just been rejecting it since Kai took over! So, thank goodness for decaf! ;)
Hey the coffee thing doesn't necessarily change once you have the baby either. Asia doesn't do well when I have coffee...even decaf...sob...because it's a natural laxative...it's not pleasant. so...i drink tea now...but it's not like i'm nursing forever...
